Shannon’s friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, superior service and information exceeded what I have gotten from her peers on recent visits to your store.
We talked about my account being closed for non-use some time ago. Therefore, I don’t get discounts for certain sales. She introduced me to your other option to register to receive discounts similar to having your credit card. I do not want to to have to reapply again for credit card as I often use my debit and do not want more credit applied for. I had mentioned this numerous times to your staff without them mentioning this option.
